Margareth founded Capital Variation in 2019 in London, transforming a challenging childhood in Colombia into a global vision for resilience, innovation, financial stability, leadership, impact, and generational wealth. Fluent in Spanish, English, and German, she has lived across Europe and the UAE, building deep expertise in finance spanning infrastructure, real estate, private equity, healthcare, technology, and ESG.

With a background in arts, languages, hospitality, and business management, Margareth brings a multidisciplinary perspective to investment strategy and cross-border collaboration. She works with C-level leaders, investors and partners across the Americas, Europe, Israel, the Middle East, and Asia, promoting sustainable finance, inclusion, diversity and global problem-solving.

In addition to leading Capital Variation, Margareth is committed to empowering women, young entrepreneurs, and immigrant communities through her participation in workshops, investment roadshows, advisory to governments and communities where female leadership is required and balanced. 

She frequently speaks at global conferences and serves as a visiting professor at Boston International Business School. She divides her time between Spain, London, Dubai, and New York City.

Ximena is based in Germany, focused on the DACH region, a native Spanish-speaking and fluent in the German language, most of her work is selecting new opportunities, re-evaluating asset managers and entrepreneurs towards qualifying potential investment opportunities for our existing and new investors, Ximena has experience in B2B sales, marketing, and high-performing teams delivering punctual and detailed startegies towards project delivery.

Passionate about new technologies, blockchain, and the environment, constantly looking into productive and efficient ways to combine technology and impact investing, 

She studies entrepreneurship in emerging economies at Harvard University and is constantly challenging the status quo between traditional financing towards targeted underserved communities, earmarking high yield and low-risk investments. 

Her passion and purpose includes supporting foundations for low-income children in emerging countries.

Muhammad, ventured into the realm of business and e-commerce in his early twenties, where he embarked on the journey of entrepreneurship by launching his own business. With over eight years of immersive experience in crafting tailor-made creative marketing solutions, he has become a seasoned professional in his field. Muhammad's expertise has been instrumental in assisting numerous businesses in achieving their objectives on a global scale, leaving a profound impact on the landscape of digital commerce and marketing.
